In4Matic seeks a senior test specialist to support a major test team in a quality-driven environment. You will prepare, execute, and follow up on testing activities for projects and changes, contributing to reliable releases and a structured test approach.

You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders, take ownership, and apply formal testing methods, test automation, and AI-assisted design to improve coverage and quality.

Our client is looking for a senior test specialist to support a major test team within a quality-driven and socially important environment. In this role, you will help prepare, execute, and follow up on testing activities for projects and changes, contributing to reliable releases and a structured test approach. You will work closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders while taking ownership, showing initiative, and maintaining a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing and regression testing.

Profile

The ideal candidate has strong experience in testing large, business-critical applications and is comfortable working independently in a demanding environment. You combine technical understanding with a pragmatic approach and are able to translate requirements into effective test coverage.

• Proven experience as a test specialist on large, business-critical applications.
• Strong background in formal testing methods and techniques.
• Experience with test automation.
• Ability to take responsibility and work proactively with minimal supervision.
• Experience signing an IT code of conduct and NDA is required.
