Appsierra Group is seeking a Medior Sitecore Developer in Brussels to strengthen our Web Team’s advancements. With 5+ years in sitecore-driven web platforms, you will lead projects, drive performance, and collaborate with backend teams to enable seamless data exchange.

You will transform UI/UX designs into high-quality interfaces, ensure browser compatibility, and stay updated with Sitecore trends while mentoring junior developers. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on Sitecore development with a portfolio of web platforms.
• At least 2 years Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics and marketing forms.
• 2+ years experience in a public transport context.
• 2+ years experience in an e-commerce context.
• 2 Sitecore migrations or version update projects completed.
• Willingness to be on-demand for production incidents (24/7).
• English spoken/written at mother tongue or C-level.

Responsabilités

• Lead Sitecore projects and develop intricate web platforms with strong UX.
• Oversee performance evaluation and improvement of web platforms.
• Collaborate with backend team for real-time data exchange during integrations.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs into high-quality web interfaces and set coding standards.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot browser-specific issues.
• Drive adoption of latest Sitecore trends and promote ongoing learning within the team.
• Lead testing and assurance using Sitecore-centric tooling to ensure reliability.
• Provide regular project updates and mentor junior developers.
