Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Sitecore Developer to strengthen the web development team in Brussels. You will lead complex Sitecore projects, ensure high-quality UX, and work closely with backend teams for seamless integration.

The role requires 5+ years in Sitecore, 2+ years in Sitecore 10 XP with containers/analytics/marketing forms, and experience in e-commerce and public transport contexts. A hybrid work model and 24/7 on-call readiness are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Sitecore development with a portfolio of web platforms.
• 2+ years in Sitecore 10 XP with containers, analytics and marketing forms.
• 2+ years in an e-commerce context.
• 2+ years in a public transport context.
• Experience with at least 2 Sitecore migrations or version updates.
• Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns and modern development principles.
• Experience working in Agile environments emphasizing collaboration and iteration.
• Proactive, collaborative with mentoring spirit and strong communication.
• Willingness to be on‑demand (24/7) for production incidents.
• Fluent English at C1 level.
