TSL is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities in Belgium. The role ensures safe, efficient delivery in line with the project programme, quality standards, contractual requirements and company procedures.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and support handover while working closely with project teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a construction management degree and proven experience on large-scale projects, with exposure

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or related field.
• Extensive experience as Site Manager on large projects.
• Experience with Data Centre, Mission Critical or pharmaceutical projects desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple fronts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site activities to meet safety, schedule and quality targets.
• Supervise subcontractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Monitor progress and report to Project Director/Construction Director.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, company procedures and regulations.
• Coordinate site logistics, access, work areas and housekeeping.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation for correct execution.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage change control processes and report deviations or delays.
• Support commissioning and site handover activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
