TSL in Belgium seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large-scale construction projects. You will report to the Project Director and oversee planning, safety, quality and team leadership across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time and within budget, with a focus on high-quality standards and continuous improvement. English fluency required; Dutch or French advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Experience delivering complex projects in mission-critical, data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of project controls, commercial management, contract administration and risk management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, health and safety requirements and quality management systems.
• Experience in international project environments is advantageous.
• Fluent English is essential; Dutch and/or French advantageous.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects in Belgium.

Reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, the Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for project planning, commercial performance, programme management, client engagement, safety, quality and team leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution strategies, programmes and delivery plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary project teams, consultants and subcontractors.

• Ensure successful project commissioning, handover and close-out.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects within mission-critical, data centre, industrial, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of project controls, commercial management, contract administration and risk management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Excellent leadership, communication and client relationship management skills.

• Experience working within an international project environment is advantageous.
