In4Matic is seeking a Senior Operational Officer to join its IT Operations team in Brussels. This strategic but hands-on role shapes a modern operating model across a multi-vendor environment, strengthening governance, SIAM, ITIL processes, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• ≥15 years in IT, with ≥10 years in IT Operations/ITSM.
• SIAM in multi-vendor environments with ≥3 providers.
• ITIL 4 Foundation or higher.
• Strong governance, KPI/SLAs/CSI focus.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve IT operating model and strategy.
• Design governance, processes, and service management practices.
• Drive SIAM adoption across multi-provider setups.
• Lead governance forums, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate transitions and onboarding of new services.
• Prepare management reporting and executive presentations.
