Fujitsu in Brussels is seeking a freelance Senior IT Operations & SIAM Officer for a long-term assignment. The role blends strategic IT operations thinking with hands-on governance across multiple providers.

You will drive SIAM implementation, promote ITIL 4 best practices, monitor KPIs/SLAs/OLAs, manage stakeholders, and coordinate internal teams, external suppliers and offshore groups to ensure operational readiness and smooth service transitions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations / IT Service Management.
• Strong experience with SIAM in a multi-vendor environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4, governance and service management.
• Experience with operational transformation and/or large-scale IT outsourcing.
• Experience with service transition and supplier onboarding.
• Valid ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and supplier governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

Freelance Senior IT Operations & SIAM Officer

For an organization in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Senior IT Operations & SIAM Officer for a long-term freelance assignment.

Must Have

• 15+ years of professional IT experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT Operations / IT Service Management
• Strong experience with Service Integration and Management (SIAM) in a multi-vendor environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL 4, governance and service management
• Experience with operational transformation and/or large-scale IT outsourcing
• Experience with service transition and supplier onboarding
• Valid ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher
• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and supplier governance
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

Languages

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written. One of the national languages (Dutch or French) must be at C1/C2 level, the other at minimum B2 level, and English at minimum B2 level.
