Black Pen Recruitment seeks a senior Manual Tester (ServiceNow) fluent in English for a remote role with on-site collaboration for a major client in Belgium. The ideal candidate will join the team and work across test planning, execution, and defect management.

Requirements include 11+ years IT testing experience, ServiceNow expertise, and strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test data preparation, and SQL. EU candidates only due to security clearance.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline.
• Hands-on experience in manual testing of ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow testing practices and release cycles.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (black-box, regression, exploratory).
• Experience with test case management tools (ServiceNow TM, Zephyr).
• Experience with defect tracking systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Experience preparing test data using SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM and HRSD modules; Agile/Scrum awareness.
• Certifications like ServiceNow CST, ISTQB are assets.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Define test plans and detailed test cases from requirements.
• Design and construct test scenarios and manual scripts.
• Execute manual tests in functional and integration phases.
• Report, log, and follow up defects and incidents.
• Coordinate tests with analysts, developers and product owners.
• Participate in test review meetings and progress reporting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
