In4Matic is seeking an experienced Senior Security Project Manager to own multiple high-impact security projects within a complex IT environment in Brussels. You will lead across Security, Infrastructure, Network and Development teams, driving planning, delivery, quality, and risk management while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

You bring 10+ years as a Senior PM, with at least 5 years in security projects, plus knowledge of PMBOK/PRINCE2/RUP and Agile practices.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience as a Senior Project Manager.
At least 5 years on security-related projects.
Extensive understanding of project-management lifecycle.
Experience with PM methodologies and working with Agile teams.
Strong compliance reporting experience.
Ability to communicate with Security, Network, Infrastructure and Development teams.

Responsabilités

Lead planning, budgets, quality, risks, reporting and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate initiatives across at least five teams.
Perform risk analyses and propose mitigations.
Monitor progress with structured reporting and ticketing systems (JIRA a plus).
Ensure clear communication of security-related changes.
Support teams with project reporting and KPI tracking.
Maintain clear documentation in English.
Coach colleagues on project follow-up and best practices.
Work with traditional PM environments and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
