In4Matic is seeking a Senior Security Project Manager to own multiple high-impact security initiatives in Brussels, working across Security, Infrastructure, Network and Development teams to drive delivery with a strong emphasis on quality, risk, compliance and stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project management experience, 5+ years in security projects, and proficiency in PMBOK/PRINCE2, with hands-on experience in reporting, risk analysis and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven professional experience.
• Belgian nationality.
• Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• On-site Brussels assignment, five days per week; remote or hybrid not possible.
• Native-level Dutch or French, with strong command of the other national language and English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects involving multiple technical teams and maintain alignment of priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
• Act as central point of contact for team leaders and stakeholders with clear reporting to management.
• Conduct project planning, budgeting, quality, risks, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate initiatives across at least five different teams.
• Perform risk analyses and propose mitigation or alternative plans.
• Monitor progress with structured reporting and ticketing systems (JIRA a plus).
• Ensure security-related changes are communicated clearly.
• Provide project reporting support and track performance indicators.
• Maintain clear, accessible documentation in English.
• Coach colleagues on project follow-up and PM practices.
• Work with both traditional and Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
