La Fosse in Brussels seeks a Senior Security Project Manager to coordinate cyber security initiatives across Security, Network, Infrastructure and Development teams. You will drive planning, budget, quality, risk and reporting while maintaining clear communication with management and stakeholders.

Based on-site in Brussels five days a week, you will manage multiple projects, align dependencies, track progress, and mentor teams on project delivery and compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years leading security-related projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-team initiatives.
• Proficiency in PMBOK/PRINCE2 and Agile practices.
• Knowledge of compliance reporting and security tooling.

We are looking for a Senior Security Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple cyber security projects across Security, Network, Infrastructure and Development teams. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track across planning, budget, quality, risk and reporting, while ensuring clear communication with management and stakeholders. This role is based 5 days per week on-site in Brussels.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Security projects
• Experience leading projects involving multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar
• Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban or Lean
• Experience with compliance and compliance reporting
• Experience with ticket-based project tracking; JIRA is a plus
• Strong understanding of the cyber security landscape
• Basic understanding of technologies and concepts including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, PKI, DevSecOps and IDS/IPS
• Able to work effectively in a complex and fast-changing environment
