In4Matic is seeking an experienced Senior Security Officer to join our security team in an advisory capacity. You will help strengthen the organization's security posture by guiding policies, standards, and best practices and ensure security requirements are integrated across the organization.

You will advise internal teams on information and cybersecurity policies, support governance improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to embed security throughout projects and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in information security or cybersecurity advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of security governance, risk management, and security policies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to translate security requirements into practical recommendations.
• Fluency in either Dutch or French.

Responsabilités
