V-IT NV in Brussels seeks a Senior Security Project Manager to lead multiple security-focused projects across teams. You will liaison with team leaders, align schedules and provide executive reporting to ensure smooth rollout.

Key requirements include 10 years in project management (5+ in security), Belgian nationality, Top Secret clearance or willing to obtain, and fluency in Dutch or French plus English. On-site 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, including at least 5 years in security projects.
• Belgian nationality.
• Holder of a Top Secret security clearance or willing to obtain one.
• Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other national language and English.
• Experience managing projects involving at least 5 teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple security-related projects across teams.
• Maintain contact with team leaders and align planning; provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedule, budget and quality; communicate changes clearly.
• Perform risk analyses of the project plan and propose alternatives when schedules are at risk.
