Job summary

Work Life Group in Mons is seeking a senior security engineer who can think like an architect, write requirements people can build from, and still dig into a suspected attack.

You will shape solution architectures for cyber security capabilities across on‑premises and cloud, weigh designs on cost and performance, run risk analyses, and help define and prioritise security requirements for projects and bids while supporting incident handling.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on work developing or delivering cyber security services.
• Strong experience finding vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Practical knowledge of cryptography and key management, identity and access management and risk management.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and detection, and with security design on cloud infrastructure.
• Architecture modelling skills, including ArchiMate.
• A CISSP, CISM or GIAC certification, and experience leading small teams.
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead.
