Timefold is a Belgian-founded, remote-first AI planning optimization company with hubs across Belgium and beyond. We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to build our outbound motion targeting North America, working with AEs, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering to create qualified conversations.

You will focus on developers, architects, and data teams, crafting messages that tie to business outcomes like scheduling efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience in a B2B technology company.
• A track record of creating qualified pipeline or Sales-accepted opportunities not only booking meetings.
• Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• Experience engaging technical buyers such as developers, architects, engineering leaders, product leaders, or IT teams.
• Data-driven and rigorous with HubSpot and CRM hygiene.

Responsabilités

• Build qualified outbound demand by prioritizing target accounts based on ICP fit and potential.
• Map accounts and identify stakeholders who move the deal.
• Run outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and communities where the audience hangs out.
• Turn conversations into qualified meetings and Sales-accepted leads for AEs.
• Keep HubSpot clean with accurate data on contacts and leads.
