Job summary

Everience, a global AI-enabled consulting group, seeks a Tribe Risk Officer to oversee risk governance for an AI-focused tribe. You will transform risk findings into concrete action plans, coordinate with Risk Management, Information Security, Architecture, Delivery and Business teams, and drive measurable risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT risk, cybersecurity, or technology governance.
• Experience turning audit findings into actionable delivery plans.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and control environments.
• Experience in large, complex organizations and cross-functional transformation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and challenge findings from audits, security reviews and risk assessments.
• Group observations into risk themes and remediation plans.
• Define practical mitigation actions aligned with regulatory and security requirements.
• Turn risk statements into backlog items, epics and delivery plans.
• Track progress, dependencies and residual risks; report to Tribe leadership.
