Job summary

Everience is an international consulting group delivering AI-augmented digital services and placing people at the heart of the AI revolution. As Scrum Master, you’ll be the go-to reference for the team on all things Agile, ensuring Scrum is understood and applied, shielding the team from external pressure, and coaching stakeholders to support delivery across squads.

You’ll lead Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owner, and help the team deliver on the Definition of Done, while tracking

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a relevant role.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Familiar with CI tooling and automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Act as delivery owner across squads.
• Set up and run the key Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and other team meetings.
• Plan and track the key milestones of the methodology.
• Make sure Scrum is applied smoothly, and help the team work through any obstacles.
• Support the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
• Help the team deliver on the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and related deliverables.
• Track team capacity and velocity to support planning and progress tracking.
• Coach and challenge the team to keep raising the bar.
• Help the team navigate difficulties and grow more self-organized over time.
• Remove blockers and protect the team from outside distractions.
• Champion Agile practices across the organization.
• Report to management on how well Scrum is being applied across projects.
• Manage risks and issues as they come up.
