Capyx is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead a high-performing squad in a large, complex enterprise environment. The role requires navigating multiple dependencies across squads and tribes and establishing credibility swiftly with senior stakeholders.

You will partner with Product Owners, Architects and Developers to promote autonomy, accountability and delivery-focused outcomes while driving continuous improvement.

• Provide supportive and servant leadership to the squad, enabling teams to perform at their best.
• Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies while continuously improving team effectiveness.
• Coach the squad towards greater autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a strong delivery focus, ensuring commitments, priorities and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Identify, track and proactively resolve cross-squad and cross-tribe dependencies and impediments.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and other stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with other squads, tribes and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Promote an Agile and DevOps mindset while remaining pragmatic and focused on business outcomes.
• Understand technical topics sufficiently to challenge, facilitate and anticipate delivery risks and dependencies.
• Help manage a diverse group of strong personalities and highly experienced professionals.

Capyx is looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master who can bring structure without bureaucracy, challenge without creating friction, and keep a strong team focused on delivery while navigating a complex enterprise environment.

You should be people-oriented, technically curious, pragmatic, and confident enough to work with highly experienced professionals and senior stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join a high-performing squad responsible for products within a large and complex organisation.

This is a key role requiring a highly experienced Scrum Master who can operate confidently with strong technical and functional profiles, multiple stakeholders, and significant dependencies across squads and tribes.

You will take over from a highly experienced Scrum Master who has supported the squad for more than five years, so the ability to quickly establish credibility, trust and leadership will be essential.

Required Experience & Skills

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in large-scale and complex organisations.
• Proven experience working with high-performing and technically strong teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum and DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent supportive/servant leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong people and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Delivery-oriented, pragmatic and solution-focused.
• Sufficient technical understanding to grasp complex solutions, architecture, dependencies and delivery challenges.
• Excellent communication and public/stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment with multiple dependencies, squads and tribes.
• Comfortable operating in complex environments where priorities, stakeholders and dependencies require constant coordination.
• Scrum Master or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
• Language: French and/or Dutch with Good English
• Location: Brussels - 2 days onsite
