Johnson & Johnson Beerse seeks a Senior Scientist in Parenterals & Liquids Development with a primary focus on lipid nanoparticle technologies for RNA delivery. You will lead formulation and process development, scale-up activities, and tech transfer in a collaborative, multitier R&D environment.

You will work across Protein, Chemistry, Process Engineering and Analytical teams to advance novel parenteral drug products toward clinical and commercial stages, contributing to regulatory

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical/Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry with experience; Master’s or PhD also acceptable with fewer years.
• Hands-on parenteral/liquid formulation and process development experience for LNP/t-LNP systems for RNA delivery.
• Strong literature evaluation, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform formulation and process development for parenteral and liquid dosage forms focusing on LNP/t-LNP systems.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including nanoparticle formation, TFF, conjugation, sterile filtration and fill-finish.
• Lead technology transfer and contribute to regulatory submissions and documentation.
