Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium, seeks a Senior Scientist, Parenterals & Liquids Development. This role focuses on Lipid Nanoparticle technologies to deliver RNA therapeutics and requires leadership in formulation, process development, and tech transfer from late discovery to clinical stages.

You will work with RNA drug substance teams, chemistry, engineering, and external partners to push innovative parenteral drug products toward commercialization while ensuring

Qualifications

• Hands-on parenteral/liquid formulation development experience.
• Lipid nanoparticle (LNP) and/or targeted LNP (t-LNP) expertise.
• Ability to lead scale-up, tech transfer and regulatory submissions.

Responsabilités

• Formulation and process development for parenteral/liquid dosage forms with LNP/t-LNP focus.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including TFF and fill-finish considerations.
• Lead tech transfer and clinical manufacturing activities; support regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance RNA delivery platforms.
