argenx in Ghent, Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Scientist to support the early development of therapeutic antibodies. The successful candidate will combine expertise in antibody biology with strong project-management and organizational skills to drive preclinical work.

The role focuses on coordinating construct design through expression, purification, QC and developability evaluation, collaborating closely with antibody engineering, discovery, analytical, computational and project teams.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology with demonstrated antibody biology expertise.
• Make it happen mentality with proactive initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preclinical/early CMC activities from construct design through expression and developability evaluation.
• Collaborate with antibody engineering, discovery, analytical, computational and project teams to identify risks and prioritize experiments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and external collaboration; senior level may own program strategy.
