Qualifications

• PhD in Synthetic, Organic or Medicinal Chemistry.
• Postdoctoral experience or up to 3 years pharma R&D helpful.
• Experience in methodology development or catalysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop novel synthetic chemistry solutions for drug discovery.
• Identify bottlenecks and enable access to novel chemical space across projects.
• Translate chemistry innovations into efficient routes for small molecules and other modalities.
• Collaborate across Discovery and Development with cross-functional teams.
