Job summary

Onetowin is seeking a Senior Business & Data Analyst to bridge business needs with the Data Engineering team. You will maintain SAP BW reporting while designing modern data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery, delivering requirements, BRDs, and specifications.

You will collaborate with DWH Developers, DataViz and Data Science teams, ensure data governance, and lead testing and migrations from legacy SAP BW to cloud architectures, shaping analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BW core architectures on HANA (BW 7.5)
• Migration of SAP BW reports and data pipelines to cloud platforms
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker/MicroStrategy)
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into data requirements, mappings, and KPI definitions.
• Design and document conceptual/logical data models to support scalability.
• Profile source data, validate business rules, and assess data quality with SQL.
• Develop BRDs and functional specs for data flows and BigQuery integration.
• Lead testing and ensure end-to-end data integrity across legacy SAP BW and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with DWH Developers, DataViz, and Data Science teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Govern KPIs, data glossary, and data governance with the Data Governance team.
