Accenture Belgium is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Functional Consultant to lead the business process design for quote-to-cash and transform revenue operations. You will bridge client requirements with Revenue Cloud capabilities, guiding design, configuration, and end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce consulting experience with a focus on Revenue Cloud (CPQ and/or Billing).
• Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce CPQ (catalog, pricing rules, approvals) and/or Salesforce Billing.
• Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and revenue management.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery and design workshops focused on quote-to-cash processes (CPQ, contracts, billing, revenue recognition).
• Design and configure Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions aligned with client business models.
• Produce functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with technical teams and integration specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support UAT, train end-users, and ensure smooth go-live transitions.
• Act as trusted advisor to business stakeholders on revenue operations best practices.
• Contribute to growth of Revenue Cloud offering through knowledge-building and go-to-market activities.
