Ztek Consulting in Brussels seeks a Senior Salesforce professional for a long-term contract combining functional knowledge with hands-on development across Service Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud. A customer portal is built in React and Lightning Web Components.

The role requires hybrid work with 3 days on-site in the Brussels region and 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including deployment, Apex and Flow, plus strong release management and agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce deployment experience.
• Hands-on Apex/Flow development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for releases.
• Experience with Experience Cloud and React frontend.
• Strong documentation and release procedures.

Responsabilités

• Release management: source-control, packaging, release notes, deployment procedures.
• Manage deployments across TST/ACC/PRD environments per documented procedures.
• Maintain environment planning and coordinate deployment topics with IT community.
• Monitor and analyze impact of Salesforce platform upgrades.
