Tenth Revolution Group is partnering with a leading international end-user organisation in Antwerp Region to appoint a Salesforce Developer. You will own the platform, develop with Apex, LWC, and Flows, and collaborate with business users and external partners to drive enhancements.

The role involves managing releases, governance, and integrations while shaping the long-term Salesforce roadmap. A hybrid work model applies, with 2–3 days onsite. Fluent Dutch and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• Solid Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Experience with integrations and API-based architecture.
• Understanding of release management and DevOps practices.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in complex business environments.
• Fluent Dutch and strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Components.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
• Manage releases, deployments, and platform governance.
• Act as the internal Salesforce subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate and challenge external delivery partners where required.
• Support long-term platform strategy and roadmap development.
