Job summary

Church International Limited in Brussels is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Risk & Credit Data team. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and support data warehouse development for risk, credit, regulatory reporting and analytics.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and developers to ensure high-quality data solutions and to translate requirements into actionable specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with databases used for reporting and analytics.
• Experience working in Agile development teams.
• Background in credit or banking is essential.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and testing skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Dutch or French required, with good spoken communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the existing data model.
• Perform data profiling and analysis using SQL.
• Define data mapping and transformation rules.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Support developers and validate technical implementations.
• Design and execute tests to ensure data quality.
• Support production releases and troubleshoot data issues.
• Provide functional support to business users and Risk teams.
