Job summary

bpost, part of the international group Bnode, seeks a Senior Communication & Reputation Expert to protect and elevate its corporate reputation. You will report to the Head of Reputation & Content and act as a strategic advisor, narrative architect and proactive investigator for external outputs in press and social media.

You will mine stories, design multi-channel external campaigns, and lead crisis and media relations while coaching senior executives on external positioning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate communications, PR, corporate journalism, or agency consulting.
• Proven track record in complex, multi-stakeholder or matrix organizations.
• Strategic mindset: elevate tactical news into corporate narratives.
• Crisis & media savvy with strong media network and proactive PR pitching.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term communication strategy for Bnode and Bpost.
• Mine business for compelling stories and turn them into external narratives.
• Design, own and lead multi-channel external strategies for corporate initiatives.
• Lead external comms for flagship projects: Annual Report, ESG milestones, earnings releases.
• Manage media relations, proactive pitching and reputation management.
• Plan and pitch to Tier-1 media and financial press.
• Handle reactive media requests and advise executives.
• Collaborate with Digital Team on corporate website strategy.
• Advise senior executives on social media positioning.
• Orchestrate integrated campaigns across press, social, and website.
• Drive content direction with data storytelling, infographics, video.
• Collaborate with internal networks to maintain a steady stream of content leads.
