Bpost is seeking a Senior Communication & Reputation Expert to drive strategic corporate storytelling for Bnode and Bpost. You will act as a strategic advisor, shaping external narratives across press and social media while leading high-impact campaigns and executive positioning.

You will mine stories, translate group objectives into external roadmaps, and manage proactive PR initiatives, including flagship projects and crisis-ready responses. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, corporate journalism, or agency consulting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively mine stories and craft corporate narratives across external output (press and social media).
• Lead multi-channel external campaigns for corporate initiatives and leadership thought.
• Manage media relations, proactive pitching, and reputation management.
• Advise executives and build internal networks to sustain external communications.
