Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Program Manager – Immunology, for locations including Beerse, Belgium, and multiple global sites. The role leads RPM operations, coordinates regulatory strategy, and drives cross-functional execution across diverse teams to accelerate approvals and product development.

The position requires 4+ years in relevant functions, with PM experience and strong communication; travel up to 10% domestically and internationally is anticipated.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 4 years of industry/business experience with at least 2 years in Pharmaceutical, MedTech or comparable R&D area.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix setting.
• High proficiency with project management standards, planning and visualization tools.
• Experience conducting business process, scenario, and critical path analysis.
• Ability to drive and expedite team decision-making and translate strategy to actionable plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong innovative and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to resolve controversy and influence teams without formal authority.

Aufgaben

• Serve as key facilitator within the RPM department for assigned service area, ensuring visibility to book of work and quality.
• Lead change management and system rollout across RPM.
• Coordinate with Global Regulatory Team on health authority meetings, submissions, and global filing strategy.
• Translate regulatory requirements into executable plans with detailed milestones and risk mitigation.
• Provide operational leadership to Regulatory and program teams with clear decision support.
• Support GRT meetings and cross-functional coordination to maintain strategic alignment.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for regulatory components within Planisware.
