Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Program Manager (Immunology) to lead cross-functional regulatory programs across global teams. You will drive planning, risk assessment, and execution for complex regulatory submissions, coordinating with GRT, Clinical and Medical Writing groups.

The role supports be-residually across Beerse, Belgium and other sites, with hybrid work options and travel up to 10% domestically/internationally.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in industry with 2+ years in Pharma/MedTech R&D.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix setting.
• Strong planning, visualization, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable action plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence without authority.

Aufgaben

• Serve as key RPM department facilitator and ensure visibility to book of work.
• Lead change management and system rollout across RPM teams.
• Coordinate health authority meetings, submissions, and launch plans.
• Translate regulatory strategy into detailed, executable plans.
• Provide operational leadership and scenario visualization to drive decisions.
• Support GRT and related committees; maintain high-performance culture.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across programs.
