Qualifications

• University degree required; Masters/PhD preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical/scientific roles with 6+ years medical writing.
• 2 years of people management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize all types of regulatory documents.
• Lead a team with independence and set objectives for content and strategy.
• Coach and mentor junior writers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines and industry trends.
• Oversee project timelines, submissions, and program writing groups.
