Abbott is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the EMEA & APAC region to partner with finance and commercial leadership. You will manage balance sheet, working capital, and SG&A planning, delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements across the region.

Based at the EMEA Headquarters in Zaventem, you’ll develop executive-ready reports and support strategic finance initiatives, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controllership, or Commercial Finance.
• Strong understanding of balance sheet management, working capital, financial reporting, and SG&A management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience with large datasets and financial systems (Hyperion, Dodeca, SAP).
• Fluent in English; able to operate in a global, matrix organization.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly close and forecasting process (LBE).
• Lead balance sheet reviews across EMEA & APAC, focusing on AR, working capital, and OAL.
• Own SG&A reporting, forecasting and spend management across the region.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis.
• Develop executive-ready reporting and presentations for decisions.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of reporting.
• Contribute to strategic finance projects for growth and efficiency.
