Deloitte Belgium is seeking a (Senior) Consultant to join the Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP) team in Brussels, contributing to risk management for banks and authorities across Europe.

You will develop recovery plans, playbooks, and participate in dry-run exercises, while mentoring junior staff and expanding client engagements. The role offers a hybrid work model with diverse benefits and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or Business Economics.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in risk management or recovery and resolution planning.
• Experience in valuation, ICAAP/ILAAP, stress testing or resolution planning.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Develop recovery plans and playbooks.
• Develop playbooks for banks’ resolution strategies (bail-in, transfer).
• Perform dry-run exercises for recovery and resolution.
• Implement banks’ work programs on all dimensions of expectations.
• Contribute to firm eminence in the domain of RRP for internal and external audiences and international working groups.
• Contribute to proposals for European authorities and European banks.
• Mentor junior staff and support their development.
