PwC Belgium is seeking a Senior Associate for the Pharma & Life Sciences advisory team. You will engage in R&D and quality projects, contribute to strategic assessments, and help implement new operating models.

You’ll develop center of excellence initiatives and support market development through thought leadership and client-facing work. You will manage client engagements, collaborate with scientists and business leaders, and push for value-based healthcare outcomes while leveraging PwC’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biomedical sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in consultancy or Life Science industry.
• Knowledge of clinical regulations as well as quality and risk management.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• Ability to combine specialist technical knowledge with consulting skills.
• Willingness to work in different environments and locations.
• Autonomous and proactive attitude with an entrepreneurship mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advising: provide strategic advice to pharma and life sciences to enhance R&D and value-based healthcare.
• Process Optimization: identify inefficiencies in R&D and Quality processes and suggest improvements.
• Technology implementation & innovation management: manage innovation processes and adopting new technologies.
• Data Analysis and Insights: analyze data to drive decision-making using analytics and digital tools.
• Project Management: lead projects to deliver on time and budget.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: facilitate cross-stakeholder collaboration across researchers, providers, regulators, and industry.
• Change Management: support clients in organizational changes for value-based healthcare.
