Earthstream is seeking Electrical Engineers for a data centre project in Mons, Belgium. You will manage electrical systems, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and oversee site operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational and communication skills, and have knowledge of HV/MV systems. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, managing RFIs, and providing project support while ensuring safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Manage electrical systems within your assigned package.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including client, main contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review IFC/design information and support coordination into installation drawings via BIM.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and engineering coordination.
• Support site safety and quality in conjunction with project and QA teams.
• Support project planning to ensure engineering activities align with programme requirements.
• Manage all package elements including labour, subcontractors, materials, and variations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and reporting requirements.
• Ensure works are delivered to specification and agreed benchmarks.
• Support work packs, snagging, validation, and handover activities.

Electrical Engineer

Location: Mons, Belgium

We are looking for Electrical Engineers to join a data centre project in Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical systems within your assigned package.
• Liaise with key stakeholders including client, main contractor, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review IFC/design information and support coordination into installation drawings via BIM, ensuring compliance with specifications and programme.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, and engineering coordination.
• Support site safety and quality in conjunction with project, safety, and QA teams, including documentation close‑out.
• Support project planning to ensure engineering activities align with programme requirements.
• Manage all package elements including labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, variations, and valuations.
• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Monitor subcontractor progress, manpower, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure works are delivered to specification, QA standards, and agreed benchmarks.
• Support work packs, snagging, validation, and handover activities.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings and progress reviews.
• Issue weekly cost and progress reports, including risks, delays, labour, and materials.
• Manage material tracking, procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Manage technical submittals and approvals.
• Support BIM coordination and promote efficient engineering delivery methods.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Support project close‑out including O&M manuals, QA files, safety files, and final accounts.
• Carry out other duties as required to support project delivery.
