Pauwels Consulting seeks an experienced Quality Management professional to ensure reliability and sustainability of high-voltage infrastructure. You will develop a robust QMS and oversee end-to-end quality follow-up of technical equipment and documentation.

You will implement processes for audits, create QC plans for on-site installation, coordinate FAT/SAT activities, and maintain KPI dashboards. The role requires travel within Belgium and Europe, and a hybrid work model in Brussels.”

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quality management systems and supplier follow-up in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience with high-voltage primary equipment (transformers, switchgear, insulated cables, overhead lines).
• Proficient in BPMN, SIPOC, PACI tables, or swimlane diagrams for process documentation.
• Experience with document management and data archiving in SharePoint.
• Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally across Europe for supplier visits.
• Fluent in English with good command of Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a Quality Management framework with processes, tools, and guidelines for stakeholders.
• Perform factory audits to assess supplier quality management and manage non-conformities during production/testing.
• Create and maintain quality control plans for installation of high-voltage equipment on-site by suppliers.
• Coordinate inspection activities and factory testing, including FAT/SAT participation.
• Monitor supplier performance with quality dashboards based on KPIs and feedback.
• Organize and archive technical documentation and asset data in document management systems.
• Map internal business processes using BPMN, SIPOC, and flowcharts.
