Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced quality management professional to ensure the reliability and sustainability of high‑voltage infrastructure in a Brussels hybrid role. You will develop a robust QMS, conduct supplier audits, manage non-conformities, and maintain quality plans for on‑site installation by suppliers.

You’ll coordinate FAT/SAT, drive KPI dashboards, and archive technical documentation while traveling within Belgium and occasionally across Europe.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in quality management systems and supplier follow-up in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience with high-voltage equipment such as transformers, switchgear, insulated cables, and overhead lines.
• Knowledge of BPMN, SIPOC, PACI tables, or swimlane diagrams.
• Experience with document management systems and data archiving.
• Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally across Europe.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a Quality Management framework with processes, tools, and guidelines for stakeholders.
• Perform factory audits to evaluate supplier quality management systems and manage non-conformities.
• Create and maintain quality plans for installation of high-voltage equipment by suppliers.
• Coordinate inspection activities and factory testing, including FAT and SAT.
• Monitor supplier performance with quality dashboards based on KPIs.
• Organize and archive technical documentation and asset data in internal systems.
• Map and document internal business processes using BPMN, SIPOC, PACI, or swimlanes.
