GEA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Pharma & Healthcare unit at the Wommelgem site to own project execution from contract to completion. The role demands steering a cross-functional team, aligning stakeholders, and maintaining customer satisfaction across international contexts.

Formación

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• Experience in international environments and cross-country coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure project governance per the project quality plan.
• Manage budgets, timelines and financial performance.
• Monitor cash flow throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Prepare and issue project change notes when required.
• Provide monthly project status reports to site management.
• Lead cross-functional project team and align priorities.
• Organize regular meetings with customer and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
