Job summary

Gea Group in Belgium seeks an experienced Project Manager for Pharma & Healthcare to drive project execution from contract to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain strong customer relationships from kick-off to FAT and SAT, ensuring on-time delivery and satisfaction.

This role requires a Master’s in industrial engineering, PM experience, and fluency in Dutch and English; working internationally and the option to work from home is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience in a project management environment is a plus.
• Used to working in an international environment and dealing with different regions and countries.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills and work well in a team setting as well as independently.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project governance in line with the project quality plan.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor and control cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Prepare and issue project change notes when required.
• Provide monthly project status reports to site management.
• Lead and guide a cross-functional project team.
• Translate and communicate customer requirements into clear actions.
• Organize and lead alignment and follow-up meetings with department leads.
• Ensure all team members are aligned on priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer from kick-off through FAT to SAT.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with the customer.
• Manage customer expectations and translate them into internal actions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project.
• Organize and lead monthly steering committee meetings with management (customer and internal stakeholders).
