Job summary

GEA is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Pharma & Healthcare unit in Wommelgem to own project execution from contract to completion. You will manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while leading a cross-functional team and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Master’s degree, strong communication in Dutch and English, and comfort working in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent field.
• Experience in a project management environment is a plus.
• Experience working in an international environment with different regions and countries.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Project governance, budgets, timelines, and financial performance management.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional project team and align priorities.
• Act as single point of contact for customer from kickoff to FAT/SAT and regular meetings.
• Organize monthly steering committee meetings with management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the department.
