ITS Group Benelux is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation for key clients in Belgium. You will oversee cloud-based data platform modernization, data governance, and data quality initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring program value.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years IT experience, fluency in FR/NL/EN, and a track record with budgets over €1M and teams of 20+.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong background in cloud-based Data Platform modernization.
• Experience managing programs exceeding €1M budget and/or 20+ FTE.
• Solid understanding of modern data ecosystems, including: Data Platforms, Data Governance, Data Quality, Cloud Services, Compute & Storage, FinOps, Data Products.
• Project and/or Program Management certification (PMP, Prince2, MSP, PgMP or equivalent) is a strong asset.
• Experience within the Energy sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.

• Establish and maintain governance structures, steering committees, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management activities.
• Ensure successful migration from legacy data platforms to modern cloud-based solutions.
• Monitor value realization and business benefits throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architecture, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program. The mission focuses on the modernization of enterprise data capabilities, including the implementation of a cloud-based data platform, data governance, data quality frameworks, and the transition toward a data product operating model. The role requires strong leadership across business and IT stakeholders, ensuring program delivery, value realization, governance, risk management, and strategic alignment.
