Hunter Philips Executive Search is seeking a Senior Project Manager for HVDC in Belgium. You will lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases and oversee a megaproject valued at around £1 billion, coordinating a broad set of internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Masters in Electrical Engineering, 5+ years HVDC experience, and strong leadership with 10+ direct reports. Excellent communication in English and a track record of contractual and technical negotiations is

The Company:

The Role:

As Senior Project Manager some duties would include:

• Lead the HVDC Project department through EPC phases
• Overseeing a HVDC Megaproject with a value of £1bln from end-to-end
• Leadership of 10+ direct reports
• Planning and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Contractual and Technical negotiations
• Progression to HVDC Director within 3 years

The Person:

As the HVDC Senior Project Manager you will likely have:

• Masters in Electrical Engineering qualified
• 5+ years professional experience in HVDC projects
• Extensive Project Management, stakeholder management and organisation skills
• Speaks English
