Pauwels Consulting on behalf of a major European energy client seeks a senior professional to lead strategic initiatives shaping the future energy landscape. You will manage complex stakeholder environments to deliver infrastructure and tooling supporting the green transition.

This role requires 8+ years of multi-stakeholder project leadership, deep energy sector experience (TSO/DSO), regulatory framework knowledge, and a track record as Product Owner or delivery lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
• Deep energy sector expertise, especially TSO/DSO operations and market dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and utility standards.
• Experience as Product Owner or lead for internal implementation tracks.
• Ability to navigate legal, regulatory and financial complexities in fast-changing environments.
• Exceptional strategic facilitation and executive stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects involving regulators, DSOs and internal teams.
• Act as the primary contact to safeguard priorities within vendor roadmaps.
• Drive delivery of common tooling roadmaps for transmission and distribution ops.
• Facilitate executive alignment on congestion management and system flexibility.
• Serve as Product Owner for internal implementation tracks and dependencies.
• Participate in business architecture discussions to embed strategic principles.
• Support establishment of new entities by steering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.

• Lead complex projects involving regulators, distribution system operators, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact to safeguard organizational priorities within external vendor implementation roadmaps.
• Drive the delivery of common tooling roadmaps for transmission and distribution system operations.
• Facilitate executive-level alignment on strategic decisions concerning congestion management and system flexibility.
• Serve as the Product Owner for internal implementation tracks, managing dependencies and day-to-day delivery activities.
• Participate in business architecture discussions to ensure strategic principles are embedded in all proposed solutions.
• Support the establishment of new organizational entities by steering legal, regulatory, and financial workstreams.

• You have 8+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• You bring deep expertise in the energy sector, specifically regarding TSO/DSO operations and market dynamics.
• You possess strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and utility industry standards.
• You have experience acting as a Product Owner or lead for internal implementation tracks.
• You're able to navigate legal, regulatory, and financial complexities within fast-changing environments.
• You possess exceptional strategic facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English and possess professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
