Pauwels Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end BI and Data Analytics initiatives from Brussels. The role focuses on reporting solutions, migrations, and ESG/CSRD compliance within a complex data landscape.

You will coordinate with business, IT, and external suppliers to ensure scope, quality, and on-time delivery. You will apply Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborate with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering to create a robust, scalable data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with hands-on delivery.
• 5+ years delivering Data & Analytics projects.
• Proven BI tool experience with Power BI, Fabric and Azure.
• Strong Agile background (Scrum/Kanban).
• Degree in Economics, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French at C1 level.

Our client, a leading organization in the transport and infrastructure sector, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to manage strategic BI and Data Analytics projects end-to-end. This role focuses on the successful realization of reporting solutions, migrations, and ESG/CSRD compliance projects within a complex data landscape.

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic BI and Data Analytics projects, including migrations and improvement tracks.
• Act as the bridge between business departments, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with project scope and quality expectations.
• Oversee the development of reporting solutions with a specific focus on ESG/CSRD compliance and organizational KPI requirements.
• Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban while maintaining focus on solution-delivery ownership.
• Lead collaboration with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to build a consistent and future-proof data environment.
• Document essential project artifacts including charters, roadmaps, migration plans, and architecture guidelines.

• You have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a hands-on approach to delivery.
• You possess 5+ years of experience in the delivery of Data & Analytics related projects.
• You bring proven expertise in BI tools including Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Azure.
• You have a strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• You possess a degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• You're proactive with a solution-delivery mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English with a C1 level of French.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with ESG or CSRD reporting projects.
• Experience in creating migration plans and documenting architecture best practices.
• Proficiency in analysis techniques such as process analysis and use case development.
