Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant/Junior Project Manager in Belgium to oversee and support day-to-day management of corporate real estate projects across Belgium. You will work with Project Managers to manage the full lifecycle from strategy and planning through design, construction and closeout.

You will collaborate with clients, contractors, designers and the wider team to deliver complex projects across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant field (construction, engineering, architecture).
Fluent in English required; Dutch and French desirable.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in delivering multiple commercial real estate projects.
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and contractor operations.
Monitor progress against programme and escalate risks and delays.
Assist with project reporting, documentation and updates.
Support management of changes, Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
Build relationships with clients, contractors, designers and the project team.
Assist with fee, budget, forecasting, invoicing, variations and commercial reporting.
Coordinate resources, schedules and project information across teams.
Communicate clearly with clients on programme and commercial matters.
Identify and resolve risks early to keep projects on track.
