Company Overview

Are you looking for your next professional challenge? How about being a part of building a new company from the ground up?

At White Raven, we have just started business. While we may be a small company, we have big ambitions. Over the last year, we have set up a fully operating pharmaceutical production unit and we are now ramping up its capacity. We believe in purpose, agile mindset, and technology.

Purpose: At White Raven, our work supports the development and manufacture of therapies that make a meaningful difference for patients. We partner with biotech companies advancing innovative treatments in oncology, rare diseases, and other high-need indications. As a CDMO specialized in sterile fill and finish, we operate in a demanding, fast-evolving environment where quality, reliability, and scientific rigor are essential.

Agile mindset: At White Raven, we are currently a small team of highly skilled experts in our area of expertise. We believe in an agile approach to build exceptional business processes, bring value to our customers, learn, and evolve quickly. We implement agile processes (Scrum) for daily work and fast and efficient decision-making.

Technology: We strongly believe that mastering technology is key to becoming a reference in our area of expertise. That is why we have invested in a state-of-the-art, fully automated production environment built around the Cytiva SA25 robotic isolator, and a fully digitalized, end-to-end paperless way of working (Odoo ERP, Scilife QMS, eBMR).

To make this happen, we are actively looking for a senior Project Manager based in Liège, Belgium to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our customer projects.

Role Summary

As a senior Project Manager, you will join the Customer Success team and report directly to the COO. You will be the primary customer point of contact, owning the customer relationship and satisfaction, and the internal orchestrator across Manufacturing, Quality, CQV, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Within our four-month batch delivery model, the quality of the coordination you bring defines the customer experience and the operational capacity of the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

You will:

  • Drive the full customer project lifecycle, from kickoff to handover of the Certificate of Analysis and Batch Record, respecting the standard White Raven milestones (Audit, Engineering, GMP).
  • Own the customer relationship and satisfaction; be the primary customer point of contact throughout the project.
  • Own the Technical Agreement and Project Charter; keep them up to date and traceable across the project.
  • Run client meetings, document minutes, and drive customer commitments to closure.
  • Build and maintain the project plan, identify critical paths, and escal
  • Coordinate documentation deliverables (Change Control, Risk Assessment, Contamination Control Strategy, Master Batch Record, Quality Agreement) and ensure on-time approval.
  • Manage deviations and change requests on the customer side, in coordination with Quality.
  • Manage project budget, milestone invoicing, and forecast variances together with Finance.
  • Capture project learnings and contribute to the standardization of templates, processes, and tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a senior professional who combines project management rigor with a strong customer-service orientation in a GMP environment.

  • Education: University degree in life sciences, engineering, pharmacy, or project management. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification appreciated.
  • Experience: 8+ years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including proven experience in a CDMO managing customer projects end to end. Sterile fill and finish or aseptic manufacturing is a strong asset.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ownership of customer projects and customer relationships in a CDMO / service-provider setting.
  • Planning and tracking tools (MS Project, Gantt, Kanban, Scrum).
  • Solid understanding of GMP documentation flows (Technical Agreement, Quality Agreement, MBR, Change Control, Deviation).
  • Able to read and comment on technical documents (qualification protocols, risk assessments, contamination control strategies).
  • Project financial management (budget, forecast, milestone-based invoicing).
  • Digital proficiency: Comfortable learning new software systems (ERP, knowledge base, collaboration tools). Experience with Odoo is a plus.
  • AI and automation mindset: Open to AI-assisted tools for drafting, meeting summaries, document review, and customer deliverable preparation.
  • Language skills: Fluent in French and English (C1 minimum, written and spoken).
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication (customers and production floor); organizational rigor; ability to run several projects in parallel; autonomy and decisiveness; collaborative cross-functional leadership.
