Sogeti Belgium is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to lead automation efforts and shape our test automation practice. You will design and maintain automation frameworks, implement strategies, and provide training on tools and approaches.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in test automation.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
• Proficiency with UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Playwright, TOSCA and related languages.
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, DevOps and tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitHub.

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering value to our clients while also shaping Sogeti's presence in test automation. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading test automation projects, from strategy definition to implementation.
• Supporting pre-sales activities, including creating proposals and client presentations.
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools.
• Providing technical expertise and training in test tools and automation strategies.
• Conducting test automation assessments, ROI analysis, and roadmap development.

YOUR PROFILE

As a Your profile is described below, please review the must-haves and nice-to-haves:

Must-haves:

• Fluency in French or Dutch and English
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with test tools such as UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, Playwright,TOSCA, and more; Experience with structured programming languages like Java, Python, or C++.
• Familiarity with development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps) and related tools (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub)

Nice-to-haves:

• Expertise in implementing structured test automation processes and ability to align automation efforts with manual testing workflows.
