Job summary

Cyclops is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver multidisciplinary EPC and CapEx projects across diverse sectors. You will oversee project execution, safety, quality, budget, and schedule, while managing stakeholders and project controls.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams and acting as Owner's representative for clients. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years in project management, fluent in English and Dutch, and willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager and proven record leading large CapEx or EPC projects.
• Strong people management and communication skills to motivate project teams.
• Proactive, 'make-it-happen' mentality.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

About The Job

• As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering multidisciplinary, complex EPC and CapEx projects.
• You will organize your work and ensure that projects are executed safely, qualitatively, timely and within budget.
• You will be responsible for high-level stakeholder-management and managing all project controls.
• You will act as Owner's representative for our clients or will be part of a bigger project team.
• You will manage projects at the client and different internal and external teams.
• The projects you will be involved in as a Project Manager comprise a variety of industries such as Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG, Metallurgy, etc.

What We Need

• You have a Master's degree in engineering or a technical Bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.
• You have minimal 5y experience as a project manager and have a proven record of leading big CaPex or EPC projects.
• With your outstanding peoplemanagement and communication skills you succeed in getting the best out of the project teams.
• As a Project Manager, you have a proactive "make-it-happen" mentality.
• You are resilient and like to work in a fast-paced environment.
• You are flexible to travel within a reasonable distance to the client.
• Experience with Office Suite and Microsoft Project is a plus
• You speak fluently English and Dutch.
