Capyx SA is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee projects for external clients. In this role, you will manage project plans, resources, and budgets, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and project reporting. The position requires robust leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering excellence in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Familiarity with Prince2/PMI/Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Fluent in French or Dutch with good English.

Description du poste

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to reinforce our teams.

Working on projects for external customers and in close relationship with your colleagues, as a Project Manager at Capyx you will:

● Create and monitor project plan

● Animation of workshops with internal/external stakeholders

● Management of stakeholders

● Identify and manage risks, issues and scope

● Manage escalation to management as/when required

● Responsible for project reporting to the required committees

● Daily follow up on actions, risks and issues

● Coordination of project resources

● Define, present and track project budget

● Use of corporate project tools (MS Project, ...)

● Interact with IT/Operations/Sales departments

Requirements

Who you are

You have a bachelor or a master

You have at least 5 years of Project Management experience

Your are familiar with the following methodologies: Prince2/PMI/Agile Certification is a definite plus

You have knowledge of IT skills and/or consultancy experience

You are a team player / leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills

You are proactive, autonomous, critical minded, result oriented and client driven

You are fluent in French or Dutch with a good knowledge of English
